Crystal Schantzen

Canadian-born and raised, I happily hung up my ice skates for a paddleboard and SoCal lifestyle years ago. I’ve been working in real estate since 2007 and have held real estate sales licenses in California, Utah, and Massachusetts. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, was a foster parent for several years in Texas, and have worked in key sales and marketing roles.

I managed the execution of the “Will it Blend?” marketing campaign, one of the first and most successful viral marketing campaigns of all time! I bring my deep experience managing complex projects to provide responsive, detail-focused service to each client. I live with my husband and two sons in Laguna Niguel.
